What They Say

I have consulted and joint ventured with the Reinhart brothers for over 30 years. First, with Jack Reinhart, while he was a tax partner at Deloitte, and, more recently, with Jerry through TRG and as a partner on some of our condominium conversion projects. The Reinharts were born outside the box and that is where they do most of their thinking. They are masters at structuring and advising on complex transactions. Their ideas and follow through have created a lot of value for our organization over the years and I really enjoy working with them. Now my son and partner—and our company’s president—Jeffery, is consulting regularly with TRG.”

Breckenridge Spa - Guest RoomWe have worked closely with TRG on a number of projects. As a result of our group’s marketing and operating experience in the resort and hospitality industry, TRG invited us to partner with it and others on the repositioning of the Breckenridge Hotel & Spa in Breckenridge, Colorado. With our local presence in Vail and Beaver Creek, we were actively involved with the TRG team in the onsite meetings and repositioning strategy. I was quite impressed with the versatility and execution skills of this organization. They are surprisingly creative for being a bunch of lawyers and CPAs. TRG and our organization teamed up to hit a home run in less than 24 months. I remember saying to Jerry and Derek after the closing, ‘That was a GREAT deal!’”

Brazos Photo - Exterior, Patio (cropped) (00021140)I partnered with TRG and Jerry Reinhart for over a decade, during which time Jerry acted as our company’s President and CEO growing and diversifying our portfolio of commercial real estate and business investments. Jerry’s team-oriented leadership style, strong negotiation and technical skills and creativity produced a lot of opportunity, growth and value for our organization. I have also had the pleasure of working and partnering with Jack Reinhart and Derek Adolf over the years. I would not hesitate to recommend Jerry, Jack, Derek and the rest of the team at TRG to any organization looking for a competent and creative group of professionals to expertly execute and manage complex real estate, tax, and business transactions.”

DeloitteTorontoI have partnered with and sought the advice of the Reinharts and TRG for many years, beginning back at a time when Jack and I were partners at Deloitte and Jerry was a partner in a large downtown law firm. At the time, we were successfully investing in middle-market operating businesses. While it is my practice to be very involved in the value creation process in our fund’s investments, I often call on TRG when I need some expert legal or deal structuring advice. I am always impressed with creative solutions TRG brings to our transactions and the professional manner in which it executes on its advice to our investment fund.”
