Karen has worked for TRG and its affiliates for over 20 years, assisting with investment analysis, accounting, and general business management. In prior years, she was with the accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as a Certified Public Accountant, was a real estate financial analyst for a national, diversified real estate company, and then spent several years as an instructor in accounting and real estate finance for the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Karen graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in accounting in 1984, became a Certified Public Accountant in 1986, and earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Michigan in 1992.
