Jeffrey L. Forman has been associated with TRG since 1999. In that year, he was hired by TRG to become Director of Asset and Property Management at Pomeroy Investment Corporation. His responsibilities there included overseeing the asset and property management and leasing of commercial properties, assisting in acquisition and financing activities, and serving as the firm’s General Counsel. He has provided legal representation with respect to leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions, and property tax appeals. Mr. Forman was previously a shareholder in the Detroit-based commercial law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, where he established a practice in securities and real estate, focusing primarily on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of hotel, industrial, office, and retail properties and representation of real estate investment trusts (REITs). He is a member of the Michigan and Florida State Bar Associations. Mr. Forman received a BBA and JD from the University of Michigan.
