Brian heads up commercial construction and facilities management services for our properties and third party engagements through Trademark Construction Services, LLC. As founder of Trademark Construction Services, a full service general contractor, Brian has experience in a wide variety of commercial, retail mixed-use construction and custom residential projects. He has developed a vast network of the most qualified trades and suppliers in the business, enabling Trademark to secure competitive bids and high quality results. Brian’s work ethic and thoroughness have earned him respect with architects, municipalities, trades, and clients who know that all details are attended to and meet his high standards. He has also acted as an owner’s representative for multi-million dollar projects in such locations as Michigan, Hawaii, Colorado, California, and Florida.
Brian graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Building Construction Management. Previously, he spent ten years as a project manager for Mosher Dolan in Birmingham, where he gained extensive experience in high end custom home construction, commercial construction management and general contracting services. He has also worked closely with TRG principals on a number of commercial and high-end residential development projects.
